Customer slots in the build list are secured with a non-refundable deposit that guarantees that spot in line. Deposits are accepted after all decisions about the instrument have been made and a price has been agreed upon. After the deposit, another $500 is required when the guitar enters the finishing stages, with the balance due upon completion.
